We believe that Every Single Worker in the United States of America Deserves to Receive Medical Care for Workplace Injuries.

We believe that whenever a Company tells their employees to do something, and the any of their employees gets hurt on the job, doing “What their Company Told Them To Do”, then those Employees Deserve Medical Care For Their Workplace Injuries!

And We Believe in Holding Companies Accountable and Responsible Each and Every Time One of Their Employees Don’t Receive Medical for their Workplace Injuries!

Too Often Injured Workers are Being Refused or Denied Medical Care for Workplace Injuries which happen in the United States!

Too Often Injured Workers are being Sent to Work Comp Doctors, who don’t care about Injured Workers, and Don’t Care About their Workplace Injuries, and Don’t Care How Much They Got Injured on the Job, and Don’t Care How Much Pain they are in from their Workplace Injuries, and Don’t Care if They are Ever Able to Get Medical Care for Their Workplace Injuries!

Too Often X-Rays, MRIs, and Other Medical Tests are Not Being Done to Help Determine the TRUTH of How Badly Injured Workers Got Injured on the Job!

Too Many Companies and Too Many Work Comp Insurance Companies Have a FINANCIAL INTEREST in Injured Workers Not Getting Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries or getting as little as possible or No Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries!

Too Many Work Comp Doctors Have a FINANCIAL INTEREST in keeping Companies and Work Comp Insurance Companies Happy by NOT CARING ABOUT HOW BADLY INJURED WORKERS GET INJURED ON THE JOB, AND NOT CARING IF THEY EVER GET MEDICAL CARE FOR THEIR WORKPLACE INJURIES!

Too Many Injured Workers Have To Suffer Day after Day, Week after Week, Month after Month, and Year after Year, from Their Workplace Injuries because they are being Refused or Denied Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries by their Company and by the Work Comp Insurance Company for their Workplace Injuries after Getting Injured on the Job “Doing What Their Company Told Them To Do“!

Too Many Injured Workers are Being Sent To Prison for the Rest of Their Lives To Be Tortured Over and Over and Over Again Day after Day, Week after Week, Month after Month, and Year after Year, or Being Giving the Death Penalty by their Company, by the Work Comp Insurance Company, and by the Work Comp Doctors, after being Injured on the Job doing “What Their Company Told Them To Do”, Instead of Receiving Medical Care for Their Workplace Injuries!

PRISON because a Person’s Injured Body Without Medical Care Can Become a Prison Which People Can’t Ever Escape Except by Death!

TORTURED because Without Medical Care for a Workplace Injury, a Person’s Own Body Can Be Tortured by their Own Workplace Injuries 24 hours a day, day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year for the Rest of Their Lives!

The DEATH PENALTY because TOO MANY INJURED WORKERS ARE OVER DOSING and DYING from PRESCRIPTION PAIN KILLERS or ENDING THEIR LIVES IN SOME OTHER WAY after BEING REFUSED and DENEID MEDICAL CARE FOR THEIR WORKPLACE INJURIES by their COMPANY, by the WORK COMP INSURANCE COMPANIES, and by the WORK COMP DOCTORS!

According to The Center of Disease Control and Prevention Website:

Nearly 841,000 people have died since 1999 from a drug overdose.  Over 70% of drug overdose deaths in 2019 involved an opioid.  Opioids are substances that work in the nervous system of the body or in specific receptors in the brain to reduce the intensity of pain.

Overdose deaths involving opioids, including prescription opioids, heroin, and synthetic opioids (like fentanyl), have increased over six times since 1999.  Overdoses involving opioids killed nearly 50,000 people in 2019, and nearly 73% of those deaths involved synthetic opioids.

It’s No Wonder Why So Many People are Dying in the United States from Overdosing and Dying from Prescription Pain Killers, When Too Many Companies in the United States, Too Many Work Comp Insurance Companies, and Too Many Work Comp Doctors Would Rather Injured Workers Just Take Pain Killers for their Workplace Injuries, Just Take More and More Pain Killers for their Workplace Injuries, Just Become Dependent on Pain Killers for the Rest of their Lives for their Workplace Injuries, Instead of Receiving Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries, so that they don’t have to become dependent on Prescription Pain Killers for the Rest of Their Lives!

When Injured Workers are being Treated Like They have No Value and No Worth by their Company, by the Work Comp Insurance Companies, and by the Work Comp Doctors, after they get Injured on the Job doing “What Their Company Told Them To Do”, there Companies, Work Comp Insurance Companies, and Work Comp Doctors, who would Rather Injured Workers Just Overdose and Die from Prescription Pain Killers than Ever Receive Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries!

Too Many Injured Workers are being Treated by their Companies, after they get injured on the job, just like an old broken down office equipment that can just be tossed in the trash dumpster out back and replaced with new office equipment!

But people’s lives and bodies are worth so much more than office equipment, too many companies don’t care about their injured workers or care if they are ever able to get medical care for their workplace injuries, because they can easily replace by other employees, but Injured Workers Can Never Replace their Injured Bodies with brand new bodies, they have to Live with their Injured Bodies every single day for the Rest of their Lives!

SLAVERY ENDED IN THE UNITED STATES on January 31, 1865

Passed by Congress on January 31, 1865, and Ratified on December 6, 1865, the 13th Amendment to the Constitution which Formally Abolished Slavery in the United States, passed the Senate on April 8, 1864, and the House on January 31, 1865.

BUT PARTS OF SLAVERY IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TODAY!

When Companies and Work Comp Insurance Companies in the United States of America Own and Control a Person’s Body and their Life after they Get Injured on the Job, and Have The Right To Denied and Refuse Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries, It Should Be Considered a Form of Slavery or Human Trafficking.

When Slavery was Legal in the United States of America, a lot of the Workers were Slaves whose Lives and Bodies were Owned and Controlled by their Master or Slave Owner, and if they got injured doing what their Master or Slave Owner told them to do, then their Master or Slave Owner had the Right to Deny or Refuse Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries, because their Lives and Bodies were the property of their Master or Slave Owner, NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE TODAY, when Companies, Work Comp Insurance Companies, and Work Comp Doctors Have The Right To Deny and Refuse Medical Care for Workplace Injuries, after Injured Workers get Injured on the Job “Doing what their Company Told Them To Do!”, because Too Often after Injured Workers get Injured on the Job, their Lives and Bodies and their Rights to Medical Care for Workplace Injuries are Owned and Controlled by their Company and the Work Comp Insurance Companies!

No One Signs Over Ownership and Control of their Life or Body when they decide to work for a Company, and No One Agrees if they get Injured on The Job “Doing What Their Company Told Them To Do”, that they don’t have the Rights to Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries!

Every Single Injured Worker in the United States Should Have the Rights to Medical Care for Workplace Injuries for their Own Bodies which they have to Live With for the Rest of Their Lives!
